Unfortunately, some have biographical about the Hornisten A. Corret said to themselves. Corret was 1st Hornist in Rouen of 1815 - 1862 at the grand Theatre. Perhaps it studied the horn in Paris before this time. Louis-François Dauprat dedicated its 5. and probably most virtuoso horn concert (ROM 155) to it. Unfortunately, it has burned in the archives of the theatre in Rouen 1876 and valuable pieces of evidence were destroyed (probably also biographical to A. Corret)? 3 large Quartets for Horn, Violin, Viola and Basso ( ca. 1815)Its 3 grand
Quatuors appeared in the self-publishing of Corret in Rouen. These are
dedicated Monsieur Joan Lambert Fils.
