Friedrich Ernst Fesca (1789 - 1826)

• Potpourri op.29 for Horn, 2Violins, Viola and Violoncello 

This work of Fesca was published before his other composition  Andante & Rondo for Horn and Orchestra op.39, edited by Simrock 1826. This work was certainly also written for the family Schuncke. The name "Potpourri" only stands for the lose row of movements (Adagio, Allegretto, Andante, Allegretto, Polonaise). Further information about the biography of Fesca see  here.
